Ayo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Covenant University Lagos, Nigeria and is currently studying an MBA at the Edinburgh Business School, Scotland. He is an accredited Clarity4D UK Business Partner/ Trainer.
Having worked within the Financial services, Construction, and HR Consulting industry in Nigeria, he has honed a unique skill set in Data Gathering, Leadership, Research, Business/Finance advisory, client relations and a host of other soft skills.
He has facilitated and co-facilitated training intervention programs on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Business Writing, Performance Management, and Data Gathering for a major state-owned revenue generating agency, a Nigerian multinational bank, a major manufacturer of personal healthcare products and consumer goods organizations, a federal government-owned agency and much more using the Survey Monkey tool, amongst others.
Ayo has been involved in the execution and implementation of various Training, HR consulting projects such as the Implementation of approved Job Description, Data Gathering for Performance appraisal, Skills & Competency Audit Interventions, and Advanced Performance Management Training (Dubai).
