Kafilat has over a decade of successful experience in financial analytics and risk management. She specializes in harnessing financial data to drive growth in firms in various industries, including healthcare, financial services, real estate, manufacturing and retail.
She is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals through financial analytics, risk management and performance measurement. In recent times, she has been committed to helping independent healthcare practices grow and compete in an increasingly competitive landscape. Kafilat holds a certification as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), issued by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
She earned her Master’s in Management Science and Finance from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom. There, she learned to apply mathematical concepts and solutions to real-life business problems and found her passion for analytics and modelling. Kafilat spends her free time chauffeuring her brilliant daughters to their activities and currently lives in Albuquerque, NM with her family.
