Yinka is a Techpreneur with over 30 years’ experience. He is the founder/CEO of Integrated Software Services Limited, a software services company, with core competencies in banking, public sector accounting and governance, risk, and compliance.
His passion is to enable enterprises with technology and in this wise, he has led the development of various solutions including:
• IntegraBanking – a core-banking platform
• BankEasy – a digital banking suite
• OneBook – IPSAS Compliance Public Sector Accounting Solution
• IRMA – Integrated Risk Management
He is also the:
• Co-founder, MDC – a management and technology consulting outfit, through which he provides advisory services to C-level executives
• Co-founder, Finnovation Systems Ltd – a fintech that provides a banking and financial technology platform from small to mid-sized banks and small lenders.
Yinka is a member of NCS (Nigeria Computer Society). He holds a BSC in Computer Science (First Class Honors) from the University of Ibadan. He has attended the Leading Professional Services course of the Harvard Business School.
